The SDSS-IV Extended Baryon Oscillation Spectroscopic Survey: Emission Line Galaxy Target Catalog

This value added catalog contains the south galactic cap Emission Line Galaxy (ELG) catalog used for eBOSS. Targets were selected using photometric data from the Dark Energy Camera Legacy Survey (DECaLS), and details of the selection techniques can be found in Raichoor et al. (submitted). We selected roughly 240 ELG targets per square degree, and the great majority of these ELG lie in the redshift range 0.67 < z < 1.1 (median redshift 0.85).
